1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Vita Plena ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Vita Plena is a life visualization and planning platform that allows users to track their life in weeks, plan their future, and optionally share their timeline with friends and family. Our service includes personal data visualization, goal setting, and social sharing features.

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding the password and all activities under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

In no event shall Vita Plena, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vita Plena and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vita Plena operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
